What to Make of TabTrade - A New CFD Broker in 2026

The Broker — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in Q1 2026. CFD broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. But more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. Tab Trade did the opposite. Interesting choice.

What you can trade: forex, indices, metals, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For a platform that is a few months old, the breadth is not narrow.

Platforms

You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Most brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both matters. Pick what suits your style.

MT5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader is the cleaner option. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders prefer it after comparing.

FIX API is there for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be coming. That should round things out when it lands.

Costs

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.

VIP account. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not for the average person. Skip it unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. Those are proper execution targets. The average platform run 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the total package is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

Regulation

Now, the detail that requires honesty. Tab Trade is regulated by Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a problem for you, look elsewhere. There are FCA-regulated options out there.

But. The founder spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Dodgy operations do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. None of this replace tier-1 regulation. It does inform your assessment.

The deal: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off works is your call.

The Bonus

TabTrade has a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual welcome offer. You fund your account, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.
